Tis the season of giving, and as such, Sideshow wants to make sure that our collectors have peace of mind when purchasing a holiday gift for that special someone.
Because of this, all items purchased directly through Sideshow.com and delivered between November 1st, 2018 and January 4th, 2019 will be covered by our Extended Holiday Warranty. If your item arrives damaged or defective in that time frame, or you are unsatisfied with the collectible, you will have until February 8th to contact us and request an exchange or return of the collectible.
That said, due to the limited nature of our collectibles and inventory, we do still encourage everyone to inspect their items upon delivery, so that you can take advantage of available stock should a replacement be needed.
Per our standard warranty, items that are not damaged or defective can be returned for a refund of the item price, less the original shipping fees and return costs. For US collectors, we may be able to provide a shipping label for your convenience. Any label costs will be deducted from your refund. For international collectors, our Returns team will advise you how to return your item based on location.
Please know this special warranty only applies to items purchased directly via the Sideshow website. If you purchased your gift from another vendor, we recommend that you contact that vendor for assistance. If needed, your vendor will contact their Sideshow representative for further assistance with your concern. If you received a gift from someone that was purchased directly from the Sideshow website, please let the original purchaser know to contact us right away so we can initiate your return and exchange!
Aside from the above special holiday changes, all standard policies of our 30 Day Exchange/Return warranty still apply.
