2017 CONVENTION EXCLUSIVES

ITEM AVAILABILITY 

These exclusives will be available mainly to Convention Attendees with a small portion of the edition also available to Non-Attendees, which includes international collectors (in select territories). Our Convention exclusives MAY be available through international distributors at their local conventions. Please check your local convention’s exclusive item listing.

CAN I ORDER MULTIPLES? 
You will only be allowed to purchase one (1) of each exclusive item. (1 per customer, household, credit card, user account, e-mail address, billing address and/or shipping address.)

CAN I USE A COUPON CODE OR REWARDS POINTS?
Coupons and Sideshow Rewards points will NOT be valid on any of the show items but, you can and will 'earn' rewards.

I WAS CHARGED CA SALES TAX. WHY?
Attendee items are assessed California sales tax because the item will be being picked up in San Diego, CA.  Non-attendee orders shipping to California will be assessed sales tax as well. Please refer to your order confirmation and final invoice for details.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

CHARGING YOUR CARD
Attendee and non-attendee orders will begin processing(s) during the week of July 3, 2017 and continue through July 10, 2017. A final invoice will be emailed once your order has been processed. You will need to provide your invoice for pick-up -printed or digital via your mobile device.

CREDIT CARD DECLINES
If your payment method declines, you will be contacted via e-mail and have only two (2) days (48 hours) to contact us, during business hours Monday through Friday, with another form of payment. If we do not receive another payment method within that time frame, your order will be canceled.

PICK UP LOCATION
To pick up your item(s), bring your invoice and Photo ID to the counter at Sideshow’s SDCC booth #1929. Pickups will not be allowed during preview night, Wednesday, July 19th 

ORDERED AN ITEM BUT CANT PICK IT UP?
All attendee items are being taken to San Diego. Any orders not picked up at the show will be automatically canceled and the purchase price will be refunded to the collector. All abandoned items will be up for sale Sunday, July 23rd after 1:30 pm.

WHO CAN PICK UP MY ITEM?
The person who ordered the item must pick it up in person. You will need to provide your final invoice (printed or digital via your mobile device) and a valid picture ID that matches the invoice before we will release the product to you. No exceptions.
