- The order was returned for a credit. All points used will be voided
- The item was won in a contest, thus not qualifying it for rewards points
- If the order was placed by phone or at a convention, or it begins with a P

- Order number(s) i.e. TC123456
- The date the order was placed
- The date the order was shipped -if applicable
- Please share the Order Status from your account
