Sideshow Collectibles uses the services of Fed Ex and UPS for all International (including EU) shipments.
When your shipment leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail (if you have provided us with an e-mail address) that contains the tracking number for your package.
Customers who did not receive an e-mail can also locate their tracking number in their Online User Account under the specific order number.
You can track your package by following the link below. Once on the Fed Ex or UPS site, you will need to select your country from the drop down menu and then enter your tracking number where required.
International customers will be responsible for applicable duty charges. Duty charges vary by country. We can not provide customs charges. You will need to contact your local customs office.
