U.S. Shipping Methods & Delivery Schedules

Sideshow Collectibles ships to all U.S. destinations from it’s warehouse located in California. We use Federal Express & UPS ground services for delivery of all continental U.S. orders and to Alaska, Hawai’i and Puerto Rico. In some areas, the carriers will use sub-contractors to make home deliveries. Customers in these areas will still receive a timely delivery and a tracking number as well as all the other benefits of the main carrier’s services.

Because FedEx and UPS cannot deliver to Post Office boxes, Sideshow Collectibles will no longer ship to a P.O. Box address. Please provide your physical street address on your order or your shipment will be delayed.

Note: When you place a (non flex-pay) order for an in-stock item, Monday - Friday before 2pm, the Sideshow warehouse team will try to get our order out the door the same day, barring any unforeseen issues like squirrels jamming up the shipping tracks! Estimated Delivery Schedule

All continental U.S. orders are shipped via UPS / FedEx ground services. Because UPS / FedEx cannot provide tracking numbers for P.O. Boxes, Sideshow Collectibles will no longer ship to a P.O. Box. You will need to provide your street address with your order or your shipment will be delayed.

For UPS / FedEx Ground deliveries, please allow up to 6 business days for delivery from the date your order is shipped. Below is a chart of average delivery times to regions across the U.S.

In some areas, the carriers will use sub-contractors to make home deliveries. Customers in these areas will still receive a timely delivery and a tracking number as well as all the other benefits of the main carrier’s services.
